Black Teas and Black Tea Blends
Black teas are the leaf of the tea plant (Camellia Sinensis) that have been wilted, crushed, oxidized, then dried. The vast majority of black tea is produced in China and India. However, there are many exotic tea regions around the world from the Indian Ocean to Africa and the Middle East.
Steep black teas in boiling water for 4-6 minutes. Do not resteep.
